SENDING LOVE TO THE PARLIAMENT
A Call for Justice
On February 14, 2024, a network of 23 amnesty organizations, joined by activists, volunteers, and members of the public, gathered near the Parliament building in Bangkok. Framing their demonstration around Valentine’s Day, participants symbolically “sent love” to lawmakers while demanding justice and political reform.
The coalition called for an end to prosecutions related to political expression, the restoration of civil rights and freedoms, and the release of individuals detained over political differences.
