ONE HUNDRED MONKS
On October 25, 2024, residents of Pathum Thani gathered along the riverbanks to offer food to one hundred Buddhist monks in a traditional almsgiving ceremony marking the end of Buddhist Lent.
Arriving by boat, the monks received offerings prepared by local families, continuing a centuries-old ritual that connects faith, community, and water-based life in central Thailand.
